1. Where |
POM 2008 will take place in Algarve , the south and sunny region of Portugal . The municipalities of Faro, Tavira and Vila Real de Santo António will be the home of our competition. |
| 2. When | During the 2008 Carnival holidays. From
the 2nd of February 2008 to the 5th. Day 1 and 2 in Faro. Day 3 in Tavira. Day 4 in Vila Real de Santo António. |
| 3. Why | It's winter. You have seen enough snow. You want some sun, some hot, some sport… a lot of fun. The southwest region of Europe has a lot to offer you. Tasteful food, friendly people, beautiful nature, historical towns, mountain and sea, sandy and rocky beaches, and a colorful Carnival. And… imagine all these with Orienteering events everyday. We promise to give you even more reasons, soon! |
